We’re excited to be featured as Community Champions on CP24.com!

This wonderful opportunity allowed us to share the story of our farm and highlight the people, passion, and purpose behind the work we do every day.

We believe in the power of growing food, building community, and creating meaningful connections to the land. From producing fresh, certified organic, locally grown food to creating opportunities for people to learn, connect, and participate in urban agriculture, our work is rooted in community.

Being featured as part of CP24.com's Community Champions is a meaningful recognition of the dedication and commitment of the many people who make the farm what it is. We are proud to celebrate our staff, volunteers, community members, partners, and supporters who continue to help our farm grow.

We're grateful to CP24 for taking the time to visit the farm and for giving us the opportunity to share our story with a wider audience.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Black Creek Community Farm. We are proud of how far we have come and excited for everything still to grow! 🌱💚
